TITLE “ASK EXPERTS” (EPISODE 5)
Here we are again with another episode of the “Ask Experts” with a great topic of “Creating an All-Star Team. How?” Will you be surprised by the help of a “Supply Chain Management”?.
WHAT EXACTLY IS “ASK EXPERTS”?
For readers who are unfamiliar with the Ask Experts session, it is a regular session held every 12.30 noon as a “mind meal” to all throughout Ramadan.
What is “Supply Chain Management”? A short introduction to it from the Toyota company from Japan. This will be explained by the one and only our special guest for today Dr Salman Riazi Mehdi Riazi, who graduated with a PhD in Economics from Queensland.
A brief description of who is the man behind this eye-opening discovery while he is an educator at USM. Be a consultant at a law firm in and out of the country. He is also a brilliant speaker on the topic and an experienced Journal Publishing Advisory.
His big “WHY” he chose the topic of SCM for his PhD thesis was because of how new and alien this topic to him may feed his curiosity. His full discovery would have made him feel complete and helpful to many sectors’ economics and systematic workflow.
Based on his findings and experiences in many working sectors that involved a group of many subgroups of workers to manage their teamwork to get the job done at the right time with the top results for the company’s reputation. The challenges it has to face for the construction and building sectors to follow the SCM work frame to promise the best work can be offered to the clients.
The complete essence of knowing the right individuals to be put in the dynamic group needs a sharp eye for good character judgements. A team with a mix of knowledgeable and talented people to be united, able to exchange ideas and solutions to any situation that arises while getting the construction well built.
The “SCM” system can also be related to doing your thesis with the right ideas and content until the right time to submit the complete drafts. A few steps away from finishing the full thesis and preparing for your Viva Presentation in such a short time.
His advice on what it takes to form a divine structure and meaningful thesis will be to know when it’s time to rest and ask for opinions from others. Then, be flexible and find the best ways to bond with your supervisors to make your PhD Journey more meaningful and stress-free.
Be smart and dare to work hard on finishing the thesis in such a short time to avoid more complications of procrastination in the future. It can be a true challenge to cope with any changes occurring in completing your thesis but do believe in Him to choose the best options. Not everything you can control, so just have faith and try your best, which matters the most.
