DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN :

  • Tangkap dan edit kandungan video dengan input muzik, dialog, grafik dan kesan.

  • Pelbagai dan edit bahagian kandungan video dengan cara yang tidak kelihatan kepada penonton.

  • Susun maklumat/idea ringkas untuk memahami keperluan dan spesifikasi pasukan pengeluaran.

  • Semak dan analisis skrip penggambaran dan bahan mentah untuk membuat senarai keputusan pukulan berdasarkan nilai adegan dan sumbangan kepada kesinambungan kandungan.

  • Sentiasa menemui dan melaksanakan teknologi penyuntingan baharu, kemahiran mengikut keperluan terbaik industri untuk memaksimumkan kecekapan dari semasa ke semasa.

  • Mampu mengendalikan platform media sosial.

  • Mampu bekerja rapat dengan Pengurusan dan pasukan untuk meningkatkan proses dan output pembuatan video.

  • Constantly able to discover and implement new editing technologies, skills accordingly to industry`s best practices to maximize efficiency from time to time.

  • Able to operate the social media platform.

  • Manage to work closely with Management and the team to enhance the video-making process and output.

  • Do operate duties as Videographer Cum Editor as per instructed by The Management.

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN :

  • Mengurus dan membantu dalam mengekalkan pangkalan data pelanggan/pelanggan dalam syarikat.

  • Berusaha mencapai sasaran jualan dan KPI yang ditetapkan.

  • Bertanggungjawab mengendalikan bungkusan dan kurier, juga memantau nombor penjejakan untuk barangan promosi dan program kepada pelanggan/pelanggan.

  • Pantau dan kemas kini sasaran jualan berkala.

  • Mengendalikan kebanyakan acara syarikat (Dalam Talian/Fizikal) dari awal hingga pencapaian acara.

  • Berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan/pelanggan dengan sewajarnya mengenai kehadiran acara atau pertanyaan yang diadakan oleh syarikat.

  • Mengurus dan memantau semua kerja pentadbiran di Unit Khidmat Pelanggan.

  • Mengoptimumkan kandungan untuk penerbitan merentas pelbagai tapak media sosial kami.

  • Menjadualkan bahan salinan untuk dikeluarkan pada masa yang optimum.

  • Memantau penglibatan pelanggan dan bertanya dengan maklumat yang berguna pada setiap siaran.

  • Menganalisis dan melaporkan kesan setiap penerbitan.

  • Mengekalkan pangkalan data selamat bagi semua transasi log masuk.

  • Sentiasa mengikuti perubahan kepada semua aplikasi media sosial yang berkaitan jika disyorkan.
  • Meneroka media sosial yang berpotensi yang belum ada dalam simpanan kami.

COACH ROKET MASTER-PHD (CRMP)

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN :

  • Mengurus dan menyelia program Platinum.

  • Melaksanakan tugas sebagai Principal Platinum mengikut arahan pengurusan 2M World dari semasa ke semasa.

  • Mengurus pasukan Jurulatih Roket Master-PhD (CRMP).

  • Memantau laporan berkala, diserahkan dan dibentangkan kepada pihak pengurusan.

  • Pastikan pemantauan penuh proses Platinum dan hasil 2M Dunia yang diingini/ pada sasaran yang ditetapkan.

  • Kekalkan butiran rahsia setiap modul dalam program Dr. Roket.

  • Penambahbaikan program Platinum dengan utamakan kepuasan setiap pelanggan.

  • Melaksanakan tugas sebagai CRMP mengikut arahan pengurusan 2M World dari semasa ke semasa.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Manage and supervise the Platinum.

  • Manage Sales & Customer Service Unit (CS) staff.

  • Manage Coach Roket Master-PhD (CRMP) team.

  • Monitor the periodical reports, submitted and presenting to the management.

  • Ensure full monitoring of Platinum process and desired 2M World outcome/ at the set targets.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of each module in the Dr. Roket`s program.

  • Improvisation of Platinum programme by fulfill customer satisfaction.

  • Perform duties as Principal Platinum as per 2M World management instruction from time to time.

HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN :

  • Tawarkan bantuan dalam penilaian pejabat, rundingan, dan penilaian permohonan.

  • Cipta iklan pekerjaan di Linkedin dan tapak lain yang berkaitan untuk mencari pemohon yang layak.

  • Kemas kini rekod kakitangan untuk pekerja semasa untuk mencerminkan kenaikan pangkat, pemecatan dan perubahan alamat.

  • Fail pekerja hendaklah dirahsiakan.

  • Maklumkan pekerja semasa tentang sebarang peranan atau jawatan.

  • Kenal pasti pekerja sementara yang berpotensi untuk pengurus HR di agensi kontrak.

  • Kira gaji pekerja, agihkan cek, dan simpan rekod gaji untuk menjalankan pemprosesan pembayaran.

  • Dokumentasikan polisi dan prosedur untuk pekerja.

  • Memproses kertas kerja dan menyediakan bantuan perkeranian kepada jabatan HR.
